Another "Nothing happens after pressing PLAY"...

Hoping someone can provide some assistance. Like many others, I'm encountering the error where nothing happens after pressing PLAY on the launcher. PLAY button is greyed out also. I have done the following so far.

1. Reinstalled the game 3 times now.
2. I've ran repair prior to reinstallation, and also right after last reinstall.
3. I have turned off firewall and antivirus.
4. I have verified that the 'UserSettings.txt' file is not located in Documents\Elder Scroll Online\live. I've created a 'UserSettings.txt' and saved the provided text from two different sources. One from a user and one from support.
5. Just in case, copies of 'UserSettings.txt' have been saved to both Documents\Elder Scroll Online and Documents\Elder Scroll Online\live.
6. I have ran the launcher as admin.
7. I have attempted to launch using 'eso.exe' in game directory: Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client

Nothing worked. I've also attempted to run the game consultant utility and nothing happens.

    Rather than running the launcher as Admin, run the ESO.exe directly as admin.

    Many people have the same issue with the launcher but can run the ESO directly as admin.

    I don't know if I have the right file, but yes, I have tried that and still nothing.

    Yes, I have attempted to run eso.exe as admin. Sorry didnt clarify running that in the last item. But absolutely nothing happens with that.

    Working with support right now and trying several solutions. Still no luck. But if we do find something, I'll try to provide an update.
