I've done a few tickets followed all troubleshooting advice, contacted virgin media on the issue due to there router I can not do port forwarding but my speeds are fine. Virgin tell me it's my PS4 I also have an Xbox one with ESO and I get the same issue there too. If it was possible I'd take back all the money I've spent on ESO and dlcs and crowns and ESO plus. I'm not a happy gamer.
