I can't morph or dye gear colors?

IMO, if I'm a master crafter or leather worker I should be able pick the color and style of my wears or alter others.... either fabricated by myself or someone else.. All I would need is skill, time and materials.

Mahal✭✭Color alteration, transmogrification, and style-absorption from deconstruction would all be excellent features.

✭✭✭✭✭At the moment, armor appearance directly relates to the item level, quality level, and material used in creating the armor. I'd love a dye system, too, but I think it might interfere with the way they've already set up crafted item appearances, and that might hold them back from implementing such a system.
