There is already a title for that and it's actually one of the most difficult to achieve titles in BGs: Chaos Guardian.

There are also achievements for other game types, but they maybe don't have titles attached. So you have a point there, now that I think of it.

It's time to look at achievements/rewards/titles - and the way BG's are scored to better reflect healing and defensive play ie. team's capacity to defend their relic for instance.

As a healer it's demoralizing and certainly not reflective of what is happening in a match, to see the final tally, where it looks like you've been standing still, picking your nose and getting repeat ganked - rather than showing how you've healed your heart out and kept your team up to make all those delicious kills and assists.

@weedgenius Really depends on class and equipment. So without knowing that there is not much I can help with, but I will say that the more HoTs and heals you have the more potential healing output you can do if you are keeping up with them. I would recommend a buff tracker addon as well.
