How floppin long am I going to have to wait for my items to be returned to my floppin bank! 3rd floppin day all my items are gone and nothing done. WTF!!!!!

✭From the sound of the post it seems they deleted the items with a toon or used them on a toon they deleted. There have been warning all over the game and even in the mail you receive the items in that you will only get one of the pre-order items outside of the horse. Sadly people want to rush in to the game and play,which i can understand. But if you fail to read the bold print in the letter containing the pre-order items and you delete your character then sadly it is your own fault. Gremlis✭✭They were in my bank and when I switched toons to get something else out all items were gone after 2 days of grinding. Received an email from support telling they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Just grinding now and using all the extra room to deconstruct almost every thing I find. Have to switch to fast with all the other items in there, so I'm making the most of it.0

Gremlis✭✭I found a place where you step out of a dungen and theres 2 iron nodes, 2 rune nodes and a chest within 100'. I just run out grab them and jump back in. The instance turns over so quick the nodes are almost always up and it allowed me to amass a lot of runes in stacks of 20's. The kuta and rakuta runes are good at end game even though I get them at lvl 10.0

Hypersillyman✭✭✭It's possible that someone at ZOS noticed what you were doing and flagged it as an exploit, removing all of the items gained from said exploit. Give them a few days to figure it all out. Especially with the worldwide launch today, I'm certain they are swamped with stuff like this. With the high volume, tickets may take much longer to deal with than they normally would. The key here is patience. Ranting on the forums won't make them move any faster. I feel your pain, I'd be furious too if that happened to me, but you have to allow for longer wait times right now. That's always how it is with newly launched games.
