One Build to rule them all - Magicka Templar Build 4 PvP, BG's and still 25k+ dps in PvE

Hello Hero 
I've been playing eso since the beginning, tried all classes but use a Magicka Templar as my main.
Done a One Bar 32k+ dps build for easy end game trail access, and now I share my Multi tool of a Magicka Templar Build.
Use it if you like, and remember it does PvP very well and enough dps in PvE to do vet dungeons, MSA and so on.
