Here it is, I log on and start playing. Everything is fine but after I hit anywhere from 1-4 hours of playtime the issue starts. I normally play all my games while using skype, but this issue happens even during sessions when I don't use a VoIP as well. I play FF14, Rift, Planetside2, and ESO. I have lost volume in FF14 and Rift but only in game never over Skype and game and very rarely. I would do a quick log out and in and the issue would be fixed but not for ESO.
With ESO I lose all volume coming into my headset but my friends can still hear me. So I try to quit out of ESO and it black screens till I am forced to task manager "end task". In task manager it says program is not responding, and if I try to log back in I still don't get any sound coming through. Next step I take is to shutdown my pc, now I get stuck in the shutting down screen. Today I waited it out roughly 17-20 minutes before I got the "Blue Screen of Death" or BSOD with a message that went away too fast for me to notice mainly because I zoned out watching the spinning circle under the "Shutting Down" notice, lol. The only thing I can remember is it something about a "Driver_Power_State_Failure". How bad is this and what can I do to fix it? I ran a check on my hard drive to see if it had errors but that came back fine also ran a check on my memory to make sure there weren't any errors with that and both came back clean. Ran viral scans with Microsoft security essentials which has everything saying its clean, and all BIOS and other video/audio drivers are up to date.

Some potentially helpful information here: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001152.htm

Thanks for the link, unfortunately these are things I have tried already. I guess the only thing I have left to try that I completely forgot about its getting rid of my graphics card OC. It isn't OC'd a lot but it seems to be my last option.

I suggest you find a way to monitor the power output of your PSU and see if anything is dipping below the required voltages.
Last time I saw an error like that myself, it was because the PSU was on the way out, and my client did have a slight OC like you, lending credence to the fact that you're drawing to much juice for your PSU to handle.

Would it really change from game to game though, I only ask because the 3 other games I play never had this problem, only ESO.

The only commonality I see here is that of all the games you listed, ESO is the newest and therefore might be the most demanding of your hardware, ergo power draw.
It costs nothing to check your PSU voltages.
    Try Aida64.

    Thanks will do.

Make sure that you are checking your voltages during load, id est when Elder Scrolls is running...
Seeing as how there's server maintenance, try another demanding game. Dual monitors really help with this.
Also, yes please disable that overclock. It could be the power phasing can't handle what you're throwing at it.

everywhere I look they are asking for a $30 payment for Aida64, where is it that I can find it for free?

It isn't free, but you can use it 30 days for free as a trial.
