Are there any enchantments that lower the cost of your Ultimate abilities?

There are no enchantments that do this currently. The best way I've seen to do this, is with a few different gear sets, that give similar bonuses, such as either giving you more ultimate generation, or reducting cost by a certain percentage/amount.
