I know that you can acquire Powerful Assault gear through the epic (purple) gear vendor in IC sewers alliance havens for 3k Tel Var stones. And I know that you can get it from guild vendors. But are there any other locations where you can acquire Powerful Assault shields?
I thought you used to be able to get green or blue quality lockboxes elsewhere...
Also, is there a chance that you can get the items from Monstrous Tooth, Daedric Claw, etc vaults?

Shields always have the lowest drop rates, just how it is. Go at it from a different angle and get the shield in whatever other set you are using so you don't have to worry about it. No reason to keep beating your head against the wall...you other set has to be easier to acquire the shield.0 -
