Screen Tearing on Xbox one.

Tonight after the 2 updates that were meant to fix it I was running around in craglorn and a getting very bad screen tearing. I asked someone else I was running with and they were having the same issue as well. Is anyone else having this issue still? And is there any idea of when it might be fixed as it is highly annoying and takes the fun out of the game.
