Can't login to my character?

I just went to login to my Magplar and it has a load time and then cuts out and says "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." But I can login to all my other characters perfectly fine...
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

DreadArkiveSoul ShrivenLiterally just started happening to me about 20 minutes ago. Tried exiting a dungeon and the load screen times out. I can load that character inside the dungeon, but anyone located in the overworld is off limits.
