I completely agree! They should have kept the repeatable bounty system and add the turn in reward for higher kill count.....Its on the party leaders to kick players exploiting the quest.

the problem is you don't get squat xp/ap from killing enemies, My first day in cyrodiil at lvl 10 I didn't even get any tut quest or any NPCs at the keep with arrows on my compass even after multy relogs/reboots crashes.

I did hard core zerging with groups doing nothing but fighting dieing and running back didn't get hardly anything into my actual char lvl was still below half when I logged out.

the second day I switched to a diff campaign and finnaly got the tut pop up ect when I got there did that and went off killing and doing all the quests or trying to, only the repeatable bounty was actually quick, but my toon still took 3-5 hours to get half a lvl or so to 11 and I was non stop grouped I wasn't suicding but being melee I died a lot lol but the gold and XP for that quest is crappy and the AP I couldn't care less about at this point.

This is a fantastic idea!
