You do NOT have to heal a guard in combat, he/she doesn't have to be in combat. And it the proc will stay, all you have to do is recast relentless focus. I tested it. This can't be intended. Also it procs Molag Kena, which also can't be as intended. Read the tool tip.
I can proc scourge off guards not in combat, if I get in combat and not use scourge, and then I get out of combat, you will have to re proc it. But yes I can proc it out of combat on guards and other friendly players. Cheers

So the charges drop only when you leave combat? Meaning that if you never enter combat the charges are indefinite?
Gosh all the people who think it's clever use of ability and it may be intended should just read once more ability description.
While active HITTING AN ENEMY with 5 Light or Heavy Attacks changes this ability into Assasins Will.
Since when HITTING AN ENEMY equals to healing an ally ???

I get what you're saying, but zos is stupid with wording sometimes. Immov pots say all disabling effects, but doesn't stop snares, which to be is a disabling effect. So I never take what they say too literally anymore.
It’s cheap, but let’s be honest. Its still five GCD to setup. And a nightblade is screwed if they leave combat. Oops, you stayed cloaked for too long? Yeah no more will stack.
Not to mention the fact that there are classes like MDK that can avoid just about all of your ranged damage. Unless you have force pulse slotted... lol.
Magblades are strong, but it’s not all roses and candy.

Really? Funny how none of their ‘favorite streamers’ who “accidentally” hit the exploit button never got banned.

If you do this, I’m pretty sure the overload bugginess and the mend wounds bugginess feed upon themselves in an infinite feedback loop. Your character immediately explodes, then is deleted from the server, and then causes a weird glitch where wrobel sends you a hand-written note IRL explaining that he just *** your mom and they’re thinking about moving in together. Like I said, it’s a weird glitch.

That is Your argument ? Incorrect wording ? Seriously how someone can use argument that "hitting an enemy" may be incorrect wording for "healing an ally" ? Get real.
Also snares and immobilizes were never considered disabling effects. Only effects that are considered disabling ones are those which in fact disables You from using abilities on bars.

Lol you're a salty one... I agree with you and yet you think it's an argument...ok then...
How in the hell do you consider a snare not a disabling effect? So you're gonna tell me a massive reduction to movement speed isint disabling? I think you need to look into a dictionary. It's not my fault zos words things poorly and being a bun dart to people who agree with you is pretty idiotic

There is difference between beeing salty and beeing realistic which I see many people dont understand lately. It's not only me who is not considering snares not beeing disabling effect , it's also developer and websites containing game informations based on game code. So if developer programmed snares to not beeing included as disabling effects You still think You know better because You read definition of that word in dictionary ? You can simply check what devs consider as disabling effects in "Help" section and what game code consider disabling effects on websites like UESP.net. Also I recommend You to look at Mist Form ability tooltip which clearly states it grants immunity to all disabling and immobilzation effects which clearly states those are 2 separate categories. Fact that You think differently based on Your dictionary knowledge and You think You're right over everyone else just makes You arrogant. As for develoers goes explanation for snares not beeing included as disabling effects when disabling effects term exist in game is simple. It's due to fact there is not much other words they could choose from. Show me mr dictionary , any word that they could replace "dasabling" with which would be clear to understand it includes all current disabling effects but not snare.
If anything Immovability potions dont give You immunity to silence which is considered disabling effects in help section but You can just use Your brain instead of backing up with dictionary to know that silence is very expectional in how it works in game.
Back to the topic. I just pointed out that using argument of "bad wording" in this case is inappropriate since "hitting an enemy" doesnt leave lot of space to misinterpret it especially to misinterpret "healing an ally" as part of "hitting an enemy".

Another argument You just want to belive is valid. They havnt fixed huge amount of bugs that occured during multiple PTS sessions despite the fact those bugs were sometimes reported multiple times. Sometimes it tooked them 2 ,3 or 4 updates to figure it out and finally fix it.
