anyone else having problems loading in stonefalls?

My loading time is pretty long and I'm 100% sure it's not my internet or my pc. I'm wondering if im the only one experiencing this

But I exited and now I'm stuck on a long load that's already been twenty minutes. Maybe going no where. I know it's not my end, and it's so annoying after the fifteen hour down time.0

But my main problem with getting into stonefalls is the fact that there's EU maintenance.
