Stuck at summerset screen

I finished downloading the update. Everytime I try to login I can't get past summerset screen. It crashes. It also plays the music at a strange time. I've turned off unplug cleared save data and still the same thing.

    If power-cycling and clearing your save data have not helped with the crash, please try re-installing ESO on your Xbox. To uninstall a game on your Xbox One, follow the steps found here.

    I went ahead and reinstalled it last night. Works now. I was just hoping for a resolution with doing that as it takes 12 hours for me. But I'm on playing now, thanks for your response!!
