I remember finding one of the M'aiq items when I was in beta but I didn't write down where the heck I was. Is anyone working on this?

M'aiq, pronounced Mike, is an easter egg NPC placed into a number of the Elder Scrolls games; he spouts misinformation.
Some questions have been posed as to if he would be in the game; with the answer of no being the answer. Clearly he is in the game; other questions suggest the character we see is an ancestor.
