We’re planning to bring the PC/Mac NA and EU megaservers offline for maintenance at 4:00pm EDT (in about 15 minutes) to apply a mandatory hotfix. This will resolve the issue where some of you weren’t receiving a Pearl at the conclusion of an Abyssal Geyser, or in some cases, weren’t able to progress after defeating certain bosses/events in-game.
