(PC) Solution to the Fullscreen Ads at every character login!

Some darling named Vostorn seems to have taken over the No, Thank You addon and released a working version for Summerset. Located Here. In addition to the standard messaging relief and no-spin functionality we've all come to love, I have confirmed that the setting which blocks market announcements works for the current fullscreen advertisements that we've been getting every day for every character login. Thanks, @Vostorn !

I didn't want to have to do this, of course. I didn't want to have to turn the entire cash shop messaging system off. I used to LIKE having the reminder about That Thing I Like being added to the cash shop. But it started going downhill with the gambling boxes forcing new ads every few days and now with the new every-login system I simply ran out of options. Maybe this means I'll miss out on some new costume or mount that I wanted but forgot about. A pity. But the quality of life improvement of not having to deal with such a busy login message for all 15 characters is so worth the risk.

Summerset won't be out for a little while, and the only pop ups we atm get are to the side.We won't know if we have the same misfortune of PC for a little over a week.

I love add-ons. ZOS obviously didnt care for our request to make it optional and figured we get over it.

Oh absolutely, it's terrible. Everything about console experience is terrible. No chance for addons, nothing. I just hope the PC response to this fiasco inspires them to change things in time for our console friends.

Totally agree - especially for ESO + members too we pay for a premium service and most premium services turn off their adverts when you pay a subscription - it’s a shame that I will possibly miss a.special deal, but so be it - if they had listened to people on PTS we would not have had to resort to this!

I run 15 characters. I dont see spamming me on every character relog is going to do anything but turn me away from such barbaric advertising shenanigans.

I used the old NO THANK YOU, to kill the crown crates and banish Pacrooti from my game. Can this version do that too?

Yeah it's the same addon as far as I can tell, just updated.
