I'm getting low FPS in ESO. My FPS is:
Ultra - 10FPS High- 15 FPS Medium 20FPS Low- 40FPS
My system specs are:
GPU - GTX 760 (fully updated)
CPU - Intel i5 4440 @ 3.1 GHz
RAM - ELITE 8G RAM
Anyone know why my FPS is so low I got the GTX 760 so I could at least have the graphics on High but right now I can only play on Medium around 20-30 FPS it sucks!
The GTX760 should be able to handle high. I'd recommend grabbing GPU-Z and making sure that your video card is running properly at PCI-e 3.0 x16. I've seen people accidentally put the card in a lower speed slot before and that causes exactly this type of issue. Also make sure you have all the power connectors connected to the video card properly.
I am assuming this is a desktop and not a laptop, but you will also want to make sure you have the monitor connected to the GTX760 and not the built in Intel graphics. The performance you're getting makes me suspect it is using the Intel graphics and not the Nvidia.
Hi thanks for the info. The moniter is running through a VGA display to the intel graphics card cause I don't have a DVI-d cable. So I guess I got low graphics until next time I get paid so I can buy the right cord.

Yes exactly. If it's plugged into the Intel graphics, it's not using the GTX760. The 760 should have come with an adapter that lets you plug in a VGA cable though.
Hi there, I also have a 770GTX and have the right cables (HDMI).
My other specs are quite low, but shouldn't I still be able to set my graphics on high? This game also runs at low FPS for me as well...
it's definitely your dual core cpu and your ddr2 4 gigs of ram...ram is cheap bro and you can get a quad core for under 100 bucks these days, no reason to be slugging around with those two small issues man
Definitely the processor, i;m using a lower card than that (GTX660) and im playing the game maxed out with 60FPS but the difference is that i have an i7 and DDR3
Thanks guys. I will have to shell out some bucks because I only have a 32 bit machine, so I will need a new motherboard, new copy of windows, new RAM, new CPU. It's all good though, it lasted me 5-6 good years.
