Regarding the above achievement it's say's "True Style Master (Collect and learn 50 full motifs)"

Does this include the High Elf, Orc, Breton etc or is it just the 14 motif pages to complete a book?

Well there are:

Race-Style: 10
Special (i.e. barbaric): 5
extended Base (i.e. Yokudan): 9
Event: 3
IC-Hist: 17
MW-SI: 16
CS-Exclusive: 3
Total: 63

Now -3 for Crownstore exclusive we are at 60 flat.
If the Race-Styles would not count, you'd have to know every single Motif ingame including Eventstyles like Worm, Skinchanger and Hollowjack.
As you see: 50 Styles are possible without the racestyles, but it would be exponentially harder to earn the achievement.

I hope the racestyles count.

I've got a sneaky feeling the race-styles won't count, but I hope I'm wrong.

I do have all motifs learn't on my main, but I was also wondering if we are going to require to learn the 5 new ones that are coming out to get this achievement, I think it might be the case, which you say will make this exponentially harder. Like you I hope race styles count.

Yes, it does. Just checked it on the PTS.
