I wonder since we are able to visit Arteaum, I wonder if the Psyjics will know where Falanesti went?

If we see it as future content, there had better be Imga in it. :) It's quite irritating going through the entirety of Valenwood and not seeing a single one.

Falinesti resides in the land of "too complicated to add to our game".

In all seriousness, we know from the game Rajhin has Falinesti(or at least he claims to). The Psyjics would definitely know exactly where it is.

p.s. Since when are we able to visit Arteaum in the game?

I've never been convinced with the Rajhin hypothesis. In one of the other AD zone, the Falinesti quest seems to point at Mephala. The Rajhin we meet seems way too cruel to be the humorous thief I thought he was, so I've been wondering whether he would be an impersonation sent by Mephala to give the Thief God a bad reputation. Mephala might hold a grudge on Rajhin for stealing the Ring of the Khajiiti.

It's tempting to assume that the migration of Falinesti and the appearance/disappearance of Artaeum have a similar mechanism. Either could be subverted by an entity with sufficient magical powers.

Rahjin is also known as "The Purring Liar" so it's possible he just wants the steal credit for Falinesti disappearing and actually had nothing to do with it.

I think Falanesti is being saved for a future DLC, could come with a lot of bosmer motifs, furniture, things etc etc.

Since it is referenced in lore and in all of valenwoods zones in game, would be an ace zone for us to explore. Would be a smaller zone like Clockwork CIty.

Will be an interesting addition to the game. Plus the lore behind it all is ace. :)

I suspect if and when Falinesti is added to ESO, they are going to have to pull some unfortunate tricks to make it work.
My prediction is that if it gets added, it will not be in Valenwood, but wherever it was whisked off to. You will only be able to teleport in, and despite it being migratory (only moving with the season, as opposed to constantly) we will see some sort of daedric landscape plodding past constantly out the windows.
There will be no direct way in and out of Falinesti aside from wayshrines, and whatever landmass is added will probably be, as others have said, either a piece of Mephalas realm, or some constructed realm of Rahjins devising.

What would be super interesting, what with Mephalas clear connection to the events of Summerset, is if the DLC later this year is just such a place. A fragment of Spiral Skein with Falinesti lumbering around lost and confused. Would fit well with the chapter/dlc for a single alliance they started last year.

That would've been great, but it won't happen.
Alarra: Are there any chances of seeing any of those [Imga and Falinesti] in the future?

Matt Firor: Never say never, but probably not. We have our hands full right now doing as much stuff as we can, so, like, that stuff, Bethesda needs to do that. Because that's really taking things from the old lore, and bringing it forward-

Alarra: Yeah, and showing something we haven't actually seen, in-game for the first time, that's big.

Matt Firor: Yeah. So we'll leave that up to them.

That's not what that quote was about.

"Wicked_Shifty: Yeah, we would always ask, where are the fox people, where are the bird people that are supposed to be on the Imperial City island..."

Matt added Imga in jokingly, and then said they actually DID explain where they went, unlike the others.

Ah cool thank you for that info.

But hey it still might happen, going by that not for a very long time as Bethesda have the final say to what that content is. This game is going to be around for a long time, so we will all wait and see. :)

Just read the interview and it’s good to know. Funny that he says that it is in the same place as Artaeum and we do not know where Artaeum is. Still be cool to make a story of it and help the Imga’s stuck on it fight against whoever/whatever

This. Overland movement would rather wreck the terrain between the sites. So it will be more portal-like, and so allow destinations beyond the mundus. Falinesti could just have got bored with the annual grind, and gone on vacation.
