Trying to Pre-order Summerset Isles and getting message I can't WHY?!!!

I have tried to per-order Semmerset Ilse and I am a Beta tester for the expansion and I keep getting the message "You don't qualify for this product", has anyone Else received this message and is there a way in which I can order the Summerset Digital Collectors Edition?

As Reverb stated, if you're trying to purchase the full game that may be the reason for the error. Make sure you're choosing the version that upgrades you from the base game to Summerset.

It's also cheaper. This error likely saved DawnBehm some money they didn't need to pay.
Count your blessings it seems to be working as intended and didn't let you purchase the wrong version.0
