Can't log in to EU server

For the past two days I've been unable to log in to the EU server, I have no problems joining the NA one.
Now obviously I've put in a ticket to support but I'm getting ONE reply a day. So far they've managed to establish that I own the game and that a lot of people on a server might be an issue, however my friends have no issue getting on. I only bought Morrowind on Saturday and I'm already regretting spending the money. I also understand there's about 4 people in support but it's an absolute joke when I'm responding within 30 minutes and support is taking about 15 hours.
