I know the PS4 Pro is much more powerful than the regular PS4, but for sure will it help all consoles? E.g PS4 / PS4 Pro & Xbox 1 / Xbox 1x / Xbox 1s

Will I have to spend an extra $399 for a PS4 Pro just to make use of this?

I doubt it, though hopefully a dev would grace us mere mortals with their presence and give us a answer

This does literaly NOTHING for PC , its a just an attempt for improvement . Eso still uses heavily only a single core .

PS4 pro have almost the same CPU as regular PS4, only difference - bigger frequency (2.1ghz vs 1.6ghz)
So this thing will increase performance for both or will not increase it at all.
