Game Disc Question

I might have to replace my game disc soon. So a couple of questions:
Would a new disc work with the game I already have installed on my XB1, or would I have to re-install?
If I have to re-install from the new disc, will I still have access to my characters and DLCs etc?

✭✭✭✭✭New Disk should work just fine.
Even if you have to reinstall, your characters are on the server. As for DLCs, if you have ESO Plus, you get those anyway. If you bought them, they are part of your account, so as long as you log to that, you will have your content.
