Add-Ons?

I have 2 Add-On folders in my live account... is this a mistake? some of my add-ons were not working... I created a new folder put them in that one too, and now some work and some don't. Minion will not update many of them properly either.
Can/Should I delete both my add-on folders and re-download them all into a newly created add-on folder... or am I screwed?
Also, should I wait until after Summerset drops since all of them will need updated again or just do it now?

Reorx_Holybeard✭✭✭✭✭Unsure what you mean by two addon folders...ESO looks for addons in the directory:...\Elder Scrolls Online\live\Addons\
