Good afternoon, I hope ZOS can help me with this. I unfortunately had to cancel my ESO plus recently as I haven't had time to play and couldn't justify paying for a service I wasn't using. I cancelled a few days before it was set to renew I believe on the 23rd or 24th of March and it was set to renew on the 27th. Yesterday I had a few minutes to login so I did and I noticed that I was given 1500 crowns like my sub had renewed. Upon checking my bank account I saw that 14.99 was taken out on the 27th of March. Upon closer inspection I realized I am not an active ESO plus member even though I paid for it (even though I shouldn't have) and I was given the crowns. Since its already been paid for I don't see in a point of fighting to get the money back but I would like to have the bonuses (ESO Plus) that I paid for. What would be the best way to resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance!
