Zoning Issues, Past 2 Days, Major

So almost everytime I zone my game times out with "An Unknown Error Occured" after about 2 minutes. This happens constantly, almost EVERY time I zone. Several different characters, it's not a network issue on my end, everything else works fine. I've tried a repair on the game, I've tried running at Low/Minimum graphics so it's not a corrupted asset.

And still happening today. Makes the game very hard to play Bethe/Zenimax! SAD FACE!

So... emergency downtime hasn't fixed this issue, just a heads up! Still timed out when I went to login, and I imagine zoning will still be messed up!
