I, like many players with great interest in ESO, pre-ordered the Imperial edition of the physical ESO package. I was informed that I would be receiving a 5 day early access code to play. Upon recently entering this code, I found that I only received a 3 day early access code. With online research, it seems that there had been too few 5 day early access codes generated.

Will there be any kind of compensation for players who had been expecting the 5 day early access code? There seems to be a bit of unfairness here given to the most loyal players of the game, given we had purchased the game before its release.
