Impossible to install launcher

Bought and downloaded from official website,
Anytime I tried to run Install_ESO.exe a critical error occurs
Invocation of this java application has caused and invocation targetexception
Tried to updat , uninstall and/or install java and an older version of it
But no result.. Tec support didn't contact me yet .. Anybody has a way to fix it?

pgiambal✭Hi, please work out of this older thread for this same exact issue. Please go there and post what version of java you have installed.
