Since I've only been playing a few months I have seen 2 or 3 instances of someone with a staff that has an open hand as the head of the staff. I've looked through the outfit staves to try to locate the motif but haven't found it. I've checked the ESO fashion website for staves and it isn't there. Can anyone tell me what that motif is? Thanks!
