Maintenance for the week of November 4:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 6, 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EST (23:00 UTC)

how do you see the lists of quests available or the ones you have completed?

thread title. Can someone please tell me how. It's frustrating not being able to see the list of quest you complete or the ones available.

Use 'J' to open up your quest journal. That's your place for quests and things.

it doesn't show all the quest you complete though and the quests that you are able to pick up

As far as I'm aware, there's no such thing, beyond the quest journal

Click J to open your journal, then click on the top right (achievements) button. You'll see a list and at the bottom is "quests". This gives you more information on available quests in your area. It shows how many quests there and and how many you've completed. And there might be a list of all available quests somewhere here in the forums.

Quests completed would be nice. Quests available will likely never come, because the exploration/talking to NPCs mechanic is a part of TES games.

This kind of exists with achievements. There are achievement goals for each zone. There is a small buffer for the achievement so getting the achievement wouldn't have the zone be 100% complete but close.
