can not login, error 201

after about a 9 hour wait yesterday, game was finally tied to my account and i was able to download it.
now i get error 201 every time i try to login. have firewalls off, have repaired twice and reinstalled once. this is rediculous.
any help??

Piliken✭I'm having the same issue. I was never able to log in due to the 201 error even when my firewall was off and after allowing any instance of eso that i could find to bypass it.0
