Notes:
Cost and damage values vary based on character level.
All Ultimate, Active and Passive skill data was collected from level 1 characters with the following exceptions:
  • Mages' Guild, Fighters' Guild and The Undaunted skill line data was collected from level 3 characters.
  • Alliance War, Lycanthropy and Vampirism skill line data was collected from characters of various levels.

Morphs:
Morph data is difficult to collect because it's not shown until the morphs become available. Since there are many variables that affect morph specs like range, duration, cost, etc. and because they can be unlocked at different times ... those numbers are hard to compare across skill lines. Because of all this, I have not filled in any of the spec data on morphs, only the name and the new effect.

    I am tempted to switch to Dragonknight just for the Magma Armor (Caps incoming damage at 3% Max Health for 9s while nearby enemies take 2 Flame damage every 1s). Only 200 Ultimate plus you can increase it to last 12 seconds I heard. How can you kill a Dragon knight in PVP that have accumulated 1000 ultimate? That will be a full minute of invulnerability. Am I missing something here? What will prevent Dragonknights to just wear light armor and stack Magicka/Stamina with no health (since damage capped at 3% health) and melt everybody else?

The main reason for me posting the list as you see it is that I've included more information than you can see from browsing the skill lines in the game and have included all of the morphs that you also cannot see in the game until you reach an appropriate level to unlock them. Many of the fan sites or wikis out there that post similar lists do not have complete lists and/or include outdated skill information.

    @Rhoark, as @Castielle mentions, these are the 'base' values collected from a level 1 character. Ability cost and damage values vary with character level.

    Esohead has everythink set and It has good graphics.
    I respect your afford but i dont think people would use this when they have somethink like Esohead

    ^ this. It never hurts to have more than one source of information. It only serves to validate the information that is out there. Knocking someone for helping out the community is really unwarranted, even if you don't understand why he would.
