I just ran the patch. Restarted console. Opened game. Surprise. All 3 characters gone. Please help.

YamiKuruku✭✭✭✭Did you make sure you are on the right server? I remember last year alot of people had the same problem and switching between both servers helped
(not sure how xbox one works tbh so if i talk nonsense feel free to ignore me XD)
