Can't Zoom in during character creation?

In beta, I use to be able to zoom in during character creation to take a close look at your choice of character's hairstyle, etc... I can't seem to do that anymore. Anyone encountered the same problem? (using a Mac client).

I got around this bug by

making a character just randomly
logging in
logging out
making a new character

Now don't make the same mistake that I did and get all the items from mail. Make the new character that you want and make sure that you have the items that your entitled to.

Most ( I think all ) items are only for one character only at the moment ( time when I made my character. ) so if you take them to that random character then you won't have them straight to your "main" character.

Yeah, I had this same issue on my very first character. Once I created him, I didnt have a problem on multiple subsequent characters.

Same for me - luckily I had some screenshots of the character creation settings I prepared in the beta. Support will have a hard time with all the IE stuff being deleted accidentally because of this bug (that had already been reported for the beta). Didn't they know that the first impression counts?

Ah, I hadn't heard that it just screws up your first character, which is a shame and a stupid bug to have crept in post-beta.
