Realy low FPS for my build....please help

My PC specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3a2BX

In game settings FPS: http://imgur.com/ZJkByMD

I'm getting 21-42 in cities/big areas. 58-60 inside.

The weird thing is my old pc which I upgraded from is using a GTX 560Ti and it ran it 55-60 everywhere. Any idea what could be causing this?? Thanks.

Try turning OFF Vsync and Anti Aliasing and let us know how much it improves?

Also, go into Nvidia control panel and restore all 3d settings to default?

Also, is your "Display Mode" in the graphics options set to "Fullscreen"?

Turned OFF Vsync and Anti Aliasing and restored 3d settings to default and lowered view distance to 40 (which sucks) and I get like 41-58 outdoors now, so it's better but I shouldn't have to lower view distance.

Thank you for your quick responses, appreciate it. Should I try Windowed mode?

There may be a particular setting that will benefit you more. You may need to spend time turning things on/off and changing the quality values... and recording the differences. Ideally one at a time, so you can find the most advantageous culprits.

I agree, your performance should be better.

Is your Nvidia driver version 335.23?

Ya it's a lot better now, my 3d settings were changed so the restore to default helped. I got some FPS to 70 (talking to NPCs dialogue screen) but avg is 41-58.

I do have the 335.23 driver.

I'm playing "Maximized" display setting and getting 50-63 fps outside in big areas so that's good

Good, good. I am glad you are finding things that are helping.

Ya me to! Thanks! You think 73C is an ok temp for my GPU?

Yes. I had an old 4870X2 that would hit 103, and my GTX580 used to hit 99.

73C is definitelly okay. You can even overclock it a bit and get better performance. :)
