Can this monk statue up in a tree be crafted?

These little things up in a tree are at Elden Root Temple Wayshrine and that tree has a couple creepy windchimes in it. I am just wondering if that's something one can craft as furniture. I like the tree full of odd little monks.

Huh, no kidding? I'm glad I asked. Do you have a rough idea what it's called? I imagine midget monk statue is not the name of the furnishing.0
