How do u heal/target yourself in a party?

Is there really no way to do this? Last beta I played a templar and I was in a group and I couldn't cast rushed ceremony on myself even though I was almost dead-it just kept targeting my friend who I was grouped with(who was at full health). Is there a way to target yourself for heals?

Inversus✭✭✭✭✭Different heals work in different ways. It really depends on the heal.
Rush ceremony heals a nearby ally which is why it isn't targeting yourself.
Rushed ceremony is ally only, I assume, but some heals target yourself.VR14 EH Sorc

F12 is your self-target key. I've linked the key binding page for you.
If you have a mouse or keyboard with dedicated macro buttons, I'd say macro the key bind for easier access during fights.
