Wailing Prison issue

Hello,

Whenever I enter the wailing prison, the screen crashes and goes really blurry, with a second small screen appearing in the bottom left hand corner. You can sort of control your character in the bottom corner, however complete bug and just isnt playable. HELP!

I suspect this is the graphics glitch with the Intel HD500 graphics card if you have a MacBook Air. See this thread for details.

thank you, I have the read the thread but still a little unclear, I have changed all settings to low as well. Will this issue be fixed or does it mean game is unplayable with macbook air?

Unfortunately it will probably be until they can do a fix (this should not take long to do) and get it submitted to the build and for testing.

Please submit a bug report and also make a ticket so they are aware of the issue.

ok thanks. So it can be fixed via the technical team? And it doesn't require an actual update to my laptop?

The actual issue is due to the Apple drivers. But the ESO developers have made a fix so ESO should work and it was due to be in this launch build. Unfortunately it seems a recent Apple update broke the fix. Make the tickets etc. and they will put in a fix.

it should be a fix that gets into an update for the game, yes.
