OSX Launcher.app - ESO not installable

Even after a not really usefully customer support request, I'm still unable to install EOS on 10.9 Mavericks. I've been trying the installation on an Macbook Pro 15" retina and a brand new 13" Macbook Air. Both of them are unable to start the Launcher.app.
I'm getting the installer from http://elderscrolls-a.akamaihd.net/products/BNA_Launcher/Install_ESO.zip
After unzip and start, the Launcher.app is copied to the /Application/Zenimax Online dir and that's it. Manually starting the Launcher is causing a bumping app icon in the dock that is closing a few seconds later.
Does anybody else have this exact problem?!
What's the use of a early access if I'm not even able to install the game.
Did anybody test this before

Moonraker✭✭✭✭Try deleting the installed items including the shortcut and downloading again. The installer does work. Reboot your Mac before trying again.
Do you have Admin permission on those Macs?
When you say 'start' did you go through the Installer process, settings etc.?

Hey, I solved the problem by opening the Launcher.app from the terminal (no sudo). Opening by mouseclick/finder/spotlight is still not working. But the game was finally installed correctly.0
