"A Friend In Need" quest broken?

I have been away for a few months and I do not recall the map quest infomation of the quest "A Friend In Need" being "check INTERACTABLE" and when I goto the quest site and check around, there isn't any checkable INTERACTABLE there... One of the patches might have done this but I am left out in the cold. If anyone knows about this, please let me know. Thanks in advance...
