Getting disconnected while in Cyrodiil PS4 NA

"Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection."

Got this twice within less than 10 minutes while in Cyrodiil. The first time the game completely froze, and when loading back in I got an "unusually long load screen" that after a few minutes turned into "Unable to connect to game server" screen.

Shortly after, I was trying to repair a wall, but it wasn't working. I could still see other player doing stuff, but after minute or so I got kicked and got another "Unable to connect to game server".

Both times I was able to immediately log back in. (Had to requeue the second time, tho :\ )

My connection is fine; PS4 is using ethernet.

If you receive an error stating "Unable to Connect to Server," you should check your internet connection for any network or service outages and follow the process below:
    1. See if there are any known problems with the PlayStation Network online service: https://status.playstation.com/en-us/.
    2. Check all the physical devices on the network to ensure they are plugged in and powered on.
    3. Perform a connection test on each device connected to the network.

You can refer to this link for more information on how to connect to the PSN network.

We also recommend that you use an ethernet cable instead of a wireless connection.

If you are unable to identify the issue, you should verify your network and perform a connection test on the console first. This is explained here: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/nw_test.html.

We also recommend you ensure that the ports needed for the game and PSN are open. The ports for our game and PSN are as follows:
    • TCP Ports 10040 through 10060
    • UDP Ports 50000 through 60000
    • UDP Ports 12000 through 32000
    • UDP Port 6250
    • UDP Port 5060
    • UDP Port 5062
    • UDP Port 3478 through 3479
    • TCP Port 80
    • TCP Port 433

NOTE: YOU and YOUR refers to ZOS as company.

Your generic response is a slap in our faces, you know as well as we do that the network is not the problem, nor the PSN network or our own ISP. THE FOOKING PROBLEM LIES WITH ESO, THE GAME AS IS AND WAY TO MUCH INFO FOR THE SERVERS TO PROCESS IT SMOOTHLY, DON"T GIVE US BOT ANSWERS LIKE THIS, THE SAME GENERIC CRAP WHEN A TICKET IS ISSUED. Open port this, ISP that. Do you really take us for such idiots that you still believe that this is a valid reply to the nr 1 main issue that every player have with this game, shame on you ZOS!!

A dollar for everytime someone has said or wrote this, zos would not need a crown crate system for income. Also remember, forum moderators can only pass on the message and are bound by management to how they can respond.
I do also wish the lag issue to be resolved and give other countries a fighting chance
