Outfit system and Motifs [Resolved]

Are motifs finally going to be made cross-character like dyes? Some of us spent a lot of time, gold, and crowns on our collections. It'd be a shame to not be able to utilize them.

You will be able to use motifs for outfits on any character, but only the character that learns a motif will be able to craft normal gear in it.

^^^ This is true.

If ANY character learns a motif chapter, it will be available to ALL characters for outfits. It's in the PTS patch notes, just don't have time right now to dig it out.
