Thats how we get out of the perma load screens. Nearly everytime we die or use a transit shrine we have to do that since the Clock Work City came out. You can also just quit the game but often times it would boot me from Cyrodiil doing it that way. The costume is Priest of the Green and the Ebonheart hood.
