Memento Mori quest bug - no show Rosalind

When I need to bring Rosalind her sword she doesn't show up in the vault.
Tried logging out and in yesterday but that didn't help.
Today she's still not in the vault.
Probably haunting somebody somewhere else ...

    Even after the new update, including server restart, Rosalind is a no show.

    confirmed, this quest is broken for me as well

    For me as well. Very frustrating. And here I was getting hopeful as I hadn't run into any bugs since the patch...

    Mac user, if that matters.

    Quest bugged for me today. Can't resolve.

    As of today, unable to complete "Memento Mori" at the 'Bring Rosalind Her Sword' part.

    When I'm in the vault I can see the skeleton with a quest marker, but cannot interact with it.

    ESO/ZOS team have also submitted in game-bug.
