Installed ESO. Mouse and Keyboard unresponsive.

So I hadn't played ESO for a while and updated the game clicked play and the Zenimax animation loads and my mouse click works to skip to the privacy policy bit but then everything - mouse and keyboard stops working. I cant click on agree and I cannot get any response from my keyboard. I have tried repairing the game but the issue persists.

Please could anyone help ?

    I'd suggest a tech support ticket or google. Probably more general search on google that just installing ESO. It hasn't seemed to be all that common or an issue here.

    Yeh the problem isn't anywhere on Google either. Im trying a repair again, if not maybe re-install or summat.
