Soul magic lev 6 - empty bar showing 0/10

Not sure why it's empty after killing Molag Bal? When you hover a mouse it says 0/10?

All you really do is unlock the passives for this line, the only active is given to you in the Wailing Prison. Forget when the Ultimate unlocks, but its early on. I think the second tier of the passive skill that gives a chance to fill a gem for you is the last one to unlock. So, if you can unlock all the passives, then your skill UI is working.

Although the 0/10 thing is weird, and more than likely a tool tip error.

I unlocked the Soul Assault, and have soul shatter passive activated too. However, the level bar 6 is empty and remains empty. The weird thing is 0/10 and it's been like that since 2015 (I found a thread here from late 2014, early 2015, people still asked about this!). Not sure why devs didn't correct it since then.

The bar will always be empty. Reason, once you hit max rank, there is no more progress to track. If the Bar was full, then it would be indicating L6.999.

I think the DB, TG and Legerdemain indicate the same way. I will have to check when I get home.

The 0/10 thing, that is certainly a bug.

This is like the undaunted skill rank was. Undaunted used to only go to 6 or so also. Maybe this is a similar bug that people have not been able to push past max rank unlike they did with undaunted because soul magic only increases with specific quests to specific ranks and therefore can't be pushed past 6.
