Spring-Loaded Infusion Drink not increasing stamina

The Sping-Loaded Infusion drink/recipe gained from Clockwork quests

Increase Max Health by 3724, and Max Magicka and Stamina by 3458.

The drink when used isn't granting the extra stamina. The health and magicka are added fine.

Yup it doesn't work for stam. I lost 4000 max stam switching from dubious to this while wearing bone pirate.

Got 20 of the spring loaded infusion today and noticed the same problem.

Will this also fix the issues when pairing this drink with the Bone Pirate set? Unless I am just adding it wrong, I don't think it is counting for the Bone Pirate 5 piece bonus.

this could literally be game changing for stamina uses and its a known bugg yet you wont fix it....until some time in january or febuary... wow
