Hello,
I tried to submit a ticket in game but the game kept sending it to my email which I am forever locked out of. I changed my old psn email to a new one but ESO for whatever reason hadn't acknowledged the change of email and still sends them to the old. So here I am.
That's not the reason of requesting service though. The reason is very personal and I'm hoping someone apart of the customer service team here can help. I don't want to share the issue on the forums.
